I would suggest traveling during the day. The roads can be quite dangerous at night and drivers more prone to falling asleep at the wheel
You can get night buses everyday- Ktm to Pkr & Pkr to Ktm . Cost is around NPR 500-700, they will drop you around 5:00 am .
Normal buses are there which cost approx 10 USD it reach pokhara at early morning. You can find these kind of buses from Gangabu buspark. There were good sofa bus by Jagadamba travel you can try with them too. Late bus start from Kathmandu at 8 pm
